Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product defect or damage.
